Hey Perchy, one of the guys I work with hunts geese also. He wants to talk to you about how you make your jerky. Stop by our control room next time we share a shift.

i make goose jerky go to cabelas they have a mix for the ground type. i use a jerky shooter and it come out really good hope this helps
