    I.  Unless thou ownest the stream section or are there by specially conferred permission of the landowner, thou shalt understand that every other angler has an equal right to be on that stream section as well, and thou shalt conduct thyself in accordance with this understanding.

II.  Though shalt allow each angler sufficient space to drift an area of water consistent with the general conditions of crowding prevailing at that time and space.  If conditions are such that it is necessary to drift the same area as another angler, thou shalt request permission, which shall be granted, and then conduct thyself as if thou waseth a guest at a banquet.

2.) Roaches may be tossed in the water only after sunset
    3.) Steelhead tastes like crap

    1) Thou shalt not fish for any other fish but steelhead
    2) Thou shalt not make any graven images or photographs of steelhead
    3) Thou shalt not take the name of steelhead in vain
    4) Thou shalt remember any day you are fishing for steelhead is holy and respect the holiness of that day
    5) Thou shalt honor the person who first took you steelhead fishing
    6) Thou shalt not murder any steelhead or do harm to them unless for the specific purpose of eating them
    7) Thou shalt not commit lude and unnatural acts with your neighbor's steelhead - I will leave that one up to your imagination
    8) Thou shalt not steal a steelhead nor a fellow fisherman's spot
    9) Thou shalt not lie about you or your buddy's steelhead fishing experience.
    10) Thou shalt not covet any other fisherman's spot, fish, rod, reel, vest, flies, bait, or anything of any other fisherman that may be used to catch steelhead

Now I hope that clears things up....  These are fresh from the hand of God, inscribed on tables of stone, placed in the ark and lost to humankind until Indiana Jones finds them...

Don't think you are a Fish'n God! That anyone with a spinning reel is below you!. Don't think that someone who can't afford an expensive pair of waders is scum! And remember these are just Stocked Trout that are bigger and fight harder. Put and take, they will stock many many more. These are not YOUR fish.

My Wife said, if I go fish'n one more time, she'll leave me! God, I'm going to miss her!

    Respect the rights of others.
Always give way for a kid or a handicapped person.
If a kid or handicapped, don't bogart the hole.  Remember they made way for you.
Thy shall either carry out thy empty styrofoam bait boxes or eat them before leaving the creek.
Try to enhance the experience for a fellow angler.
THOU SHALT NOT PROFIT BY POSTING A SECTION OF THE CREEK AND THEN CHARGING $80,000 TO FISH IT!
Don't relieve yourself within view of somebody, or of a residence.

There are 613 laws in the Old Testament.  From the posts here, it looks like we are heading in that direction fast...  Here are a couple of others to add to the list.  More will be forthcoming as the Spirit moves me...

Thou shalt not mix PowerBait with any other bait or lure
Thou shalt not mix fluorocarbon and monofilament leader materials
