Other than corn, can someone suggest a good bait for carp?

    home made dough balls, look around and search there are pobably 100's of recipies

    the early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

    1 1/2 c water
    1tbl peanut buter
    1 tsp gravy master
    1 tsp hot sauce
    bring to a boil,add 1 jar weatgerm mix well
    remove from heat,,  SLAMIN!!!!

    TRY A CASHEW NUT ON SMALL HOOK (UTILZE MAGIC THREAD OR SMALL RUBBER BAND) - CHUM WITH CORN!

    if you go in this time of year or soon after ice out anything white or lime green will do the trick i use a twister of both colors and will even toss a ko wobbler bagged 30 lb carp just by doing that and yes you can do doball all you need is flour cup 1/4 sugar and vinn extract get the cheap stuff get it as thick as you can put on a trebble hook and rig as a lindy rig or slip bobber or just cast with no weight and leave drag loose or open spool carp will pick up slow and any tug drop it unless you are casting for them and still have the drag loose until you hook up they have a soft mouth and will spook at the least tug

    The mulberries will be droping soon. Its been my best bait to date. I sit upstream from the mulberry tree and wait. Once they start sucking them down hold on.
