Fly rod repair

Does anyone know of a local ( west. PA or Ne Ohio) person that repairs fly rods...have an early model Scott A2 that needs fixed? Thanks for any help.

    send it back to scott for repair.  i did that last spring, they charge something like $30.  they made me a brand new tip section to the exact specs from that batch, can't tell the difference.  look them up on the net and call them for details on how to send it back, very simple.

    Checked that out already...they want $135 this year...my rod # is below 35000
