Looking for 5.0 to 9.9 outboard !

Looking for 5.0 to 9.9 outboard, preferably electric start, long shaft in all working order!
NO projects, no fixer uppers nothing wrong with that I just dont have time or expertise.
Located in Western, PA.

    Tiller? or do you need console steering and controls?
