Actually I caught that one in the Shenango River in spring time. I have seen some in the 18 inch range from Pymy and Shenango.

MIKASTORM,
IS THE SHENANGO DOWN TOWARDS SHARON PA.? ALL  WE HAVE EVER FISHED IN IS WOODCOCK LAKE, WILHELM AND JUST TRIED PYMIE IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS.
WILHELM DIDN'T SEE TO HAVE ANY FISH IN IT, BUT THEY WERE PROBABLY HIDING.
AT LEAST WE CAUGHT A FEW AT PYMIE...I WOULD LOVE TO CATCH A FEW LIKE YOUR PICTURE.

Lomarie:  The Shenango river starts at the outflow for Pymy at the Jamestown Dam and proceeds south to Shenango Reservoir down near Sharpsville/Sharon.

Ya, like storm said. If you go work under and around the railroad bridges. There are brush piles under and around the area. Also try the old roadbed at the west end of it. There was a bridge there at one time. Hit the end of the blowdowns also.
