Thanks for puting the link up Crappie. Interesting read and heck, I saw stories involving folks I ain't seen in 40 + years. Pretty neat.

MY TRIP TO THE DUMP..... by BTDT.

Cost me $50.00 to dump the load off my 5' x 10' utility trailer. (under a ton)

The interesting part was some dude had a 32" TV he was getting rid of and it cost him $70.00 for the TV alone.

Good Grief..... dam heavy TV I'm thinkin.

Had to agree with the guy when he said to the weighmaster collecting the fee, "no wonder people dispose of stuff along side the roads".

We took our grandson up for the local tour .... he enjoyed the trip.

There were 3 Carp that I seen that had yellow ,orange ,and white  colors  out of the hundreds there.
Hatchery tank was full of nice fish , some huge Crappie in there !

Stopped at Higgins's brothers taxidermy in Linesville for a short visit and hello , Chip is one of the best fish painting taxidermists around in my book . He's done several for me and my son over the years and I'm well pleased.

That little ice cream place in town is really good too ! ....lol

This has been the law for several years now with the exception, I'm guessing, the angler will no longer be "forced" to buy ($5.00) and display a coin sized button, in place of the actual cumbersome license, and only available..... through Uncle Charrr.... ummmm, one 3rd party.

Heyyy, maybe the quarter sized license buttons will no longer be available and I now own 3 collectors items (dam, didn't buy one last or this year either) . Ahhhh heck, my luck the button will contnue to be available anyhow..... stupid buttons.

Anybody know if them PFBC "S.O.S" buttons still being sold?

Thanks for the the heads up Crappiefisher.

Good times & Tight lines.

I was up on Sunday, lake was froze over shore to shore and as far as you could see north and south from the causeway . The only openings were at the bridges  for about 100 yards

I fished the river below the pymy outflow and tied into a tank on Saturday. Hook pulled out sadly, but it was an impressive fish. Jig and a fathead. Left a few jigs in the timber on the bottom...water was pretty low at the time, but after the rains this week, I'm betting that's not the case at present.

Float your boat on and off the bunks if driving on/off isn't practical.

May need to take your hip galoshes to keep your feet dry though. 😁

Hope to hear some good stories from all yall.🎣

Yeah depends on the lake level on if i can float it. Pulling and pushing doesnt work to well for me still. Only 2 weeks from surgery so its all still pretty tender and sore
