need wilhelm info or advice

never fished the lake.  i understand there is an area where no motors are allowed.  does this include electics?  is the lake wadable?  i spend my time at pymatuning or mosquito, but this lake is downright pretty.  doesn't seem as hectic as the bigger lakes.  is fergies still in business?  was there many years ago and it seemed like a top of the line tackle shop.  any info will be appreciated, and thanks
