Sage Customer Service





The tip section of my Launch just broke...  How are they with customer service, If I send it in how long usually untill I get it back?  What have been your experiences with them?  Thanks

    I sent one back and the turn around was less than 2 weeks.

    Thanks man, that doesn't sound too bad.  I felt sick when it happened, knowing I was gonna be missing a serious chunk of steel season.
