That guy in the second picture down with the cig looks like a bait fisherman to me, lol.
The Gentleman in the first pic managed to land his first steelhead of his lifetime yesterday. Quite an accomplishment considering the barriers he had to hurdle yesterday. Congratulations Walt!!

It was a perfect day for fishing! Cold? All depends on where you were. In certain spots the wind blew over the top of you, and in other areas you caught the full blast of the wind. Dress accordingly and you have no problems, now I must admit a little something in the flask helps out too....lol.

Too funny, yep, we were hoodwinked for a short time period...wished you would have stayed as they really turned on shortly after you left. Did you make it to Gander Mountain for the new waders? Next time bring me some Geritol will ya?

Doug, we got him his new waders and decided to fish some more, we got into them pretty good also, as the day wore on, my right foot was feeling wet, quess what, yep they were leaking also, oh well two new Christmas present when I go to Cabela's next weekend, those booted waders that lace and a new Fly Reel.
Head shot pictures don't bother me, but it does others, what bothers me is the tongue showing, besides I am not that good of a shot to take a head shot. John

I just like to make Zonkers work a lil, lol. Need to get your daily exercise along with your Geritol.
Zonkers was tryin to corral that big boy and looked like a grizzly for a while. On his hands and knees crawling around chasin a floppin fish. Quite a sight to see. Wonder why they never capture that on film for his show??
We had a blast. Everyone caught plenty of fish and a lot of good conversation.
Those birds are in for a date with destiny. All we need is Krott to end the semester and do the dirty work. Should be a good shoot when it happens. Maybe stay another day and chase steel too.

great pics!!!! gto, i gotta tell you every time i see a picture of you in that "North to Alaska" hat all i can see is Larry Csonka fishing in an episode of the show. dont know how tall you are. i believe the zonk is in the 6'+ range. if youre anywhere close to 6' and could get yourself an ID of wherever the zonk resides, 8x10 pictures of the zonk and learn to sign his autograph, youd never pay for another dinner, drink, etc...

Commander, Ski, and Guidemaster,
I am 6' tall and was in college when Larry was playing his college football, so we are the same age as well, Also 6 of us are going to Alaska to fish next September and I am trying to get him to fish with us!
Some of the hats you buy today are already pre-bent like, the hat that I wear came that way.

LOL at the hats. it looks funny on everyone that wears them. Its sort of like the "tribal armband" tatoo. It was out of style before anyone even had one. another funny look is the "cop" haircut. You know, shaved around the sides with a round patch of longer hair on top. I noticed alot of the PFBC officers have it as well as the tribal armband tatoo. I guess its mandatory when you are in law enforcement.
