Stupid PA game laws

We sure got a bunch of them. When I read/post on national hunting sites, it can be embarassing explaining some of our laws. Let's start a list...

1- Sunday hunting only permitted for coyote, fox, and crow.

It is legal to use an estrous scent or non food cover scent while hunting but is illegal to use an artificial food scent for cover.

Why would Sunday hunting be allowed for some things, but not others? Some see contradiction in that and other laws.
Why would I be allowed to shoot a fox or coyote that comes to my call on a Sunday, but not a coon or a bobcat?

I haven't been on this site very long, but here is what I've noticed that is troubling....
There is a clique here, if you agree and go along, everything is fine.  If you don't, you get ganged up on.  I respect everyones opinion here, but expect the same.  If/when we disagree, it doesn't mean we can't share a fishing or hunting trip together.  If we all agreed on everything, there wouldn't be much to talk about.  What I really have trouble dealing with is the cliquers(It's a word I just invented) like to use terms like "haters", "bashers", "whiners", "complainers", etc against those who differ in opinion.  That is usually a sign of admiting defeat in an arguement.  I'll admit, I like to argue and hold strong by my feelings.  I don't open my mouth unless I feel strongly about something or feel a little humor needs injected.  I just don't get the perceived hatred shown by a lot of members here when they disagree.  Am I wrong? Let's argue!

I started this thread(and "say something nice about the PGC") as a way to lighten the mood and create conversation about something we all feel serious about.  Things sometimes take a turn for the worse

Don't misunderstand me, I think the PGC and PA laws need a serious look, but loosen up a bit folks.

Your just a hater and a PGC basher ! Wait I think a couple of "cliquers" said that to me a few times. I agree it's like sickening how the "cliquers" are always giving each other tongue and go after the ones that disagree. This world is far from perfect. Perhaps the "cliquers" should take a good hard look.

I am sure that I am considered a "cliquer" by many here. To be honest I could give a chit less; for one, its only the interwebs and secondly, I form my own, independent thoughts and if they happen to be similar with others, so be it.

Once you have spent some more time here you will see that the same arguments come up year in and year out. It really does get old hearing grown men pi$$ and moan worse than teenage girls. What makes it worse is that most do nothing but whine, meaning they have never made any effort aside from the moaning on here to remedy their "situation." If you are passionate about what you are biotchin about, round up as many like minded people as you can and bring the issue to someone that matters. At least I could respect that...

Tull, this is nothing personal towards you here. This is just my biotchin about others biotchin. You can only run in the same circle for so long as the path will eventually wear out.

All forums run cirles around the same questions and comments.  That's why I'm new here.  When it gets old for me I won't be here and complaining about it.

I have said it more than once. If you don't like thing the way they are, voice your opinion to your state reps. I have and encourage others to do so. Nothing wrong with giving your opinion on this forum. The feedback can sometimes be educational.

OA, other than yourself, how many people here actually have taken the proper steps to organize a group of people who think similarly to bring it to their reps? I have a feeling the number of people who answer yes will be miniscule. To me that is the same as casting a vote and you forfeit your right to compain if you didn't make an effort.

Me personally, overall I am happy with the current dmp in place other than a few very minor things.

Who said that?  I'm happy to hear the opinions of others.  I'd probably shoot myself before I sat around and read, then ****ed about what others were saying.  If that's what you dig, read away!  Just STFU about it.

Well lets put things in perspective here; I made one post to interupt the incessant whining of some members here relative to hundreds of pages of actual whining. Good one.

I am sorry you can no longer sit on the stump 100 yards from your porch and kill a buck anymore, I truly am. Common sense would tell me that if you spent half as much time in the woods as you spend on here whining, you may actually encounter some of those elusive whitetail deer. But don't worry buddy your day will come, I am rooting for you to kill a nice button buck this year....
