My first steelhead

I would like to thank everyone for the help and advice i was given and just want to say that i just caught my first steelhead on a fly rod.While i will still use a spinning rod for some applications,especially jigging,i am now hooked.

    Good job dUUd. First one is usually the toughest. Now you know of at least one situation that works, and you can try to emulate that and build on that.

    i caught my first steelhead on the flyrod this weekend, was a great feeling. thanks to logan for helpin me choose a fly outfit and supply me with some flies to start out with and taking the picture of my first steel on the fly
