Safety inspections from CG

Where can you get a Coast Guard inspection done or is there a certain time that they do these?

    If you go, make sure your positive terminal on all your batteries are capped/covered.  One of the easily missed items that will not let you get a sticker.

    Eyes, where are you getting those pics from? Are they testing or are they just nutz?

    I sent an email to one of the inspectors.

    I'll let you all know what all I find out when he contacts me. Looks like it is free...web site calls it a "courtesy examination".

    Mike, don't know where you're looking to do this, but there's a guy in my boat club who is a USCG Aux. guy and he does them. I can hook you up with him. He's in Conneaut.

    Do a google search of the columbia river bar and I'm sure you'll find some even more gnarly than those.
