Back to Back Browns

Hooked up with the 1st one, after about three casts.



Then hooked up with this guy about six casts later.



Both caught on a #8 Beadhead Flashabugger. Great start to a recent trip.

    Nice catch! They look like twins in that Brodin net.

    changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes....nothing remains quite the same

    The fish were caught at the East Walker river near Bridgeport CA, about 100 miles SSE of Reno NV. Here's a picture looking upstream.



    And here's one looking downstream, with my cousin on the east end of a westbound fish.



    The net is a Cabela's catch and release net, probably around 10 to 15 years old and about 23" overall.
