Those flies have crossed over into "too pretty to fish" territory.
P.S. I saw a guy tying in beard hackle on traditional wet flies and nymphs by tying the clump in on top of the hook facing forward, thread moving toward the eye. Then he'd pull it back into beard position, taking a few turns underneath the beard to get it to stand out a little bit. Using this approach, he could also end up with split legs, a bunch on each side of the hook. I never did it, but it worked for him. Might be too fussy for my non-dexterous, efficiency loving approach.
I tie 'em in beard style, usually, and prevent shifting around the hook with a soft loop or two and pulling UP! on the thread at the moment of truth. It usually works. Usually.
Really nice flies you've tied there.
