Dingers are def my best producing bass bait. i tend to use the 3" pumpkin most often. i also use the 4" but rarely use the 5". I havent thrown em on a shakey head but love the idea. i catch hundreds of bass ever yr on dingers alone. the 3" is great for pressured fish but also still catches the big fish.

Bluegills, especially when you are reeling them in,had them hit at shore several times. While walking the edge of a local pond and a frog jumped in and a bass was right there to nail it.That was pretty neat. How many times while bobber fishing has a bass taken a crack at your bobber when you are reeling in? My biggest bass 20-1/2" for the longest time was taken on a plastic worm.I haven't fished for bass that much lately but while fishing for pannies i caught my biggest smallie 19" and my biggest large mouth 22" have been caught on a bluegill i caught.

I'm gonna fish more and work less.

I like the micro spinner baits that Stike King makes. Big enough for a monster bass ansd small enough to still pick up crappies on as well.
But I agree, jerks, cranks, plastics, spoons, jigs and buzz baits all have their day. It just depends what the fish want on that day.

Gulp worms  and a floating rapala for some topwater...throw the rap out let the ripples clear out pull slowly let it rise and repeat

Carolina rigged lizard, 4" when they are being picky and 7" when they are hungry. Always use fluoro for the leader.

Jig jig jig may not catch a lot but when you get a bite it is usually a good one
