recent rains

well, the rain has come.
elk is still low with some color to it.
walnut was alittle higher but came down in the last few hours.

imagine some fish are in the streams now.

How many are making the trip to erie this week?
what do you expect?

    I expect small pods of fish in the deeper holes only with just as many fishermen and women as fish.

    the water will be crystal clear and low again in a day or two. theres gonna be fish in creeks like there been and for the next 6 months. theres gonna even more clowns fishing

    I expect that many people are dying for some rain so they can fish for decent amounts of fresh, healthy and running steelhead in good water conditions, and I would be one of those people! Conventional wisdom and past experience tell me that in a month no one will be worried about rain, and steelhead will be all through the streams. But I hate waiting!!!!

    I was snaggin' at Jurassic Park today. It was worth the trip.
