Saratoga Lake. 8/28

Got out on the water about 5:45. The lake was like glass all day. Started out trolling around some steep breaks, but saw very little on the fish finder. Managed to troll up a sunny. Hit the weedbeds next since the walleye weren't cooperating. Boated 3 lmb. Biggest was a mere 12". Then I started making passes over the big hole. Spotted many fish in 95fow, down 25-30 feet. I assumed they were 'eyes, but never found out.

Some guy at the launch told me people were catching the 'eyes at night there recently.

Back to the Mohawk tomorrow.
