Rule #1 You are not allowed to say anything negative about the PF&BC. Rule #2 You have to agree 100% with all their programs no questions asked. Rule #3 You have to agree with a license increase no matter how much it goes up. Rule #4 You have to be a sheep and follow blindly behind the flock no disagreeing,opinions or comments and finally Rule #5 No discussing how Ohio is a fishing and boating friendly state.
