Mohawk River lock 6-7

Very tough day out there today. Saw a lot of topwater action early, but it was tough getting a strike. Worked very hard for 2 lmb. Best was maybe 18 inches. Heading to Saratoga lake tomorrow. Gonna try to troll up some walleye.

The other day, a nice old man helped me out at the boat launch. I forgot to put my plug in my boat. As I was parking my truck, my boat was filling with water. It was a mess, but thankfully, no harm done.  Today, I was able to do a good deed for another old man at the same launch. His car battery died before he was able to launch his boat. So I gave him a jump.
