Rain Coming

Looks like rain from Monday-Wednesday according to the Weather Channel. For all you mid-week guys (me included) this should drain out the estuary and we could see the first major push. But with my luck I'm sure I'll miss it by one day.

Stress is just one hookset away from being gone.

    sounds realistic to me... good luck to all who make it up this week.  on a different note,  i wouldn't be surprised if a lot of fish end up spawning late in the head waters of the estuary in all the little channels below the meadow and that hole area.  i've seen this before in past years when the fish held in the estuary so long.  never mind the salmon at that point though; but that makes for some great steelhead fishing in the lower end.  can't wait....

    Looks like the some of the fish couldn't wait. A good push all morning thru the low end up past the wall. Slowed down for the afternoon, probably due to sun and lead bombs. My pick would be pickle factory to 81 hole tomorrow. Kings-coho-steel all in the mix. This info came from some guys who have the toys that allow them to report from the streambank. Welcome to the future.

    Heading up tomorrow for the weekend.  Hopefully we get a few fish.  It is my buddy's first time. It should be fun
