We crushed the sheepers in 37 FOW today off trout run with a purple spoon off my downrigger ....... LMAO Great fighters on a 6'ft med action ugly stik.

Sweet lookin fish Mike... always had a blast down on the Ohio with med action rod and 6lb test. Never caught one that big though.

Whoever doesn't love to catch these hard fighting bruisers on light tackle are INSANE! This was the hardest fighting sheep I've ever witnessed.

Long, fast runs had me convinced it was a laker. When the smallmouth bite is slow (like today), she was a welcome guest aboard my boat.

That's definitely a pig.  Nice fish.  Pound for pound they're one of the best fighters out there.
