Its good to see Norfolk Southern is not putting up with the Beav's crap. Its about time they stepped in.
Anyone who fishes the Little J owes Allan Bright a big thanks. Without his own effort, this whole case may not have been started. Locally, Spruce Creek Outfitters owned by Allan Bright, was the only local entity that fought Beaver. No other local organization like TU, the little juniata assoc....etc, would step in to support the cause. Like I said earlier, its good to see another organization fighting against Don Won Beaver.

Something that I find really funny about this is the fact that the Beav called those that were fighting to open the Little J to the public, "the free lunch crowd". It seems to me, he was looking for a "free lunch" by attempting to use the norforlk southern ground for "free". What a fine operation he runs....attempting to take public water, and norfolk southern's ground, stocking and pellet feeding fish in wild streams, running a fenced in deer hunting operation....the list goes on and on. To top all of this off, he portrays himself as some kind of saviour to our wild streams. What a ****.

once the little J is widely open to the public, Im taking my redneck friends up with scoobie snacks and letting them yank those monsters out so then the stream can begin its rehabilitation.

It is widely open and is fishable all the way to Barree. BUT!, you must stay in the water (or VERY close to it) the whole way down along Donnies property. Once you are past his property you can walk where ever you like. It doesn't hurt to have a very good topo map and a copy of the county ownership plats with you.

Problem is K -- the J is catch and release. His fish will die or spread out. They'll take up wild trout qualities if they can live without dogfood.
