2009 Striper Recap

Enjoy ! We sure did

I know it's not 100% over , but doesn't look like i will be back out. Hope Kev can add to our total for the crew.

I had my best day on my 1st trip of the year with HLS , both in numbers and size , Apr 24th ... what are the odds ??

Almost 70 fish and we never caught a 40"+ this year.
And only 2 skunks for me (on back to back days too 5/5 & 5/6)

Oh well, overall we had great numbers and lots of healthy fish.


Goes by way to fast !!

    I am not quite ready to write my recap yet.....i am gonna let the water settle down and give it one last shot (or 2 or 3 etc!!).

    My season was similar, but scaled down mucho.  We boated all of our fish by the first week of may.  After that it shut off, though i do want to blame it on fishing weekends due to the continual cluster**** in every place a fish was caught.    Brian you are my hero man.  You have a permanent invite on the 14' next striper season!

    Great season Brian, thx for sharing it with us I enjoyed it, not as much as I would have doing it, lol but still enjoyed the pics.
