Worm Harness with night crawlers, drift trolled with bottom bouncers if current is strong enough or slow troll if it isn't. Just has to be fast enough for the blades to turn on the harness. Once you find them you can anchor and vertical jig the worm harness. This is my method, there are plenty of others. Trolling with planer boards is one other but the planer boards are more to get your line outside the motor path and with a electric motor shouldn't be an issue.Good Luck!!!

Caught this one last year on Tupper Lake drift trolling in a total downpour, had to wait an hour for it to stop to take the pic....

Jigs, if it's White Pond in Putnam County, the max depth there is around 15 feet. There have been a few scattered good years ice fishing for walleye there. Lotta skinny picks and bass, and a few pike. Good luck out there.

When hell freezes over, I'll fish there too.

Hit up a 4 more walleye this morning, along with a few smallies, a rock bass, and a surpise channel cat. Couldn't find anyone to go fishing with, so the fish porn is low quality.
