Eaton Reservoir

Went out to Eaton Res. on Sunday afternoon...

With the chilly winds my girlfriend didn't last too long sittin' around while I fished but I did end up catching a very nice size crappie...  We were probably out there for all of an hour maybe.

Water temps were about 53 degrees in the shallows.

Good number of people fishing from shore, looked like people were hooking up with the crappie using minnows...  I caught my single crappie on a minnow-esque iridescent jig.

Nice little lake, lots of area to fish off of the shore but not sure in a few months if that won't all be choked by weeds.
