Fishkill Creek

I'm a Pennsylvania fly fisherman who will be working at Indian Point from about 3/8/09 to about 4/8/09.   Will likely be staying in Fishkill and will likely have 1 or 2 days off during that time.   Was thinking about taking my flyrod and waders along and buying an out-of-state license and trying Fishkill Creek.   Can anyone recommend any good spots to access it?   I'm not even vaguely aware of when the season starts in New York, what the daily creel limits are, etc?
