Now I know I am getting old... maybe even senile

Went to my favorite spot on Elk this morning... it was cold, cold, cold, and then some!  Had 4 handy warmers arround mid section... and 2 in pockets..... but, my bare hands were cold.  Kept putting them in pocket with handy warmers.... ahhhhhhh.  Such a simple, yet effective way to keep warm!
 
Never seen it so crowded for a week day... must be lots of people using up those 'usem-or-loosem' vacation days.  Had to wait an hour to get to my favortie spot on the hole.... once I did, wow....
4 on, nice fights, but, lost them... 2 were foul hooked had a scale stuck on the tip... the others were poorly tied knots that let loose.
 
Anyway,  now that I'm back home... I can't wait to go again.... maybe I'll even stay longer once it gets warmer.  Hope you all have a good and Happy New Year!
