Would love to try some that were canned. Tried a fancy french recipe one time. Took hours to prepare. Went in the garbage. So far I have found that just the flesh can be edible as long as it is bled out, no skin, no belly meat, just prime cuts cooked in sea salt with butter. Next is smoked. Sort of like beef jerky. That to me is the best but always open to try somethig new.
