Places to get fish smoked
I used to go to PR East to get fish smoked. It's too far from the East side to go all the way over to PR west now.Any place on the east side that exchanges steelies for smoked?

Wouldn't know. The fish I caught at 16 were taken to PR West for exchange.

There was a guide on another thread saying his buddy had a place on the east side with good fajita flavored filets. Man, He sure wanted everyone to know about them filets . They must be good. Good Luck with your search.

East End Angler will trade fish to be smoked. He has fajita, cajun and he's trying some new flavors, one I can remember is Jim Beam. And the fajita is yummmmy!
