Well, it didn't take long...

It didn't take long for those creeks to come back down and get clear as a bell today.  Yesterday, they were just perfect.  Up a little and stained.  The fish have been on the move and I got reports of guys getting some as far upstream as Girard on Elk.  I got several nice fish yesterday, some casting spoons early and then with jigs under a float later.  It was a really nice weekend to be up with the kids and sneak some fishing in.  We seriously need more rain however.  By tomorrow, those creeks will be back to where they were last week this time.  Kept one nice female about 28" that is just about ready to go on the grille!  Tight lines all.

Nothing like rippin them out in 30 degree weather.  Plus it's nice when there isn't a guy standing every 10 yards.  It will be here soon.

Looking forward to the break between Christmas and New Years to make our trip for some Steel.  Good flow in the tribs and much less crowded.
