Jeremy.
Awhile back you posted a web site where you could donate to stream access.  To the fish commission I believe.  Do you still have that address?  I sent a check and it was never cashed from January.

The only thing better than 1 day of fishing is 2 days of fishing.

I actually just sent out a campaign to all my friends and family to pass onto their friends and family to donate to this.

Many of you guys can do the same and who knows who it will reach, we can change a lot ourselves.

Feel free to copy my text:

" I am asking you to pass this along. Basically this is a program created by the fish commission at the request of anglers. By donating even twenty dollars that then has the possibility to turn into eighty dollars used to conserve land for EVERYONE to fish. Some of you may say… well, my fishing license does that. Not as much as you may think. ALL proceeds collected for this go directly to buying access to lakes and streams. This is a way to protect the future so that we all including our children and their children have a place to fish. Our family makes a yearly donation and even though its not large we like to help because we enjoy fishing. Fishing teaches children patience and gives everyone a chance to experience the outdoors and forget about what problems we may have. It’s a time to relax, to spend with family and maybe even clear your mind. If you would like to continue to enjoy the fishing opportunities this state has to offer I encourage you to donate. Many private clubs are paying millions of dollars to keep everyone off some of the most beautiful pieces of water this state has to offer. As individuals theres not much we can do to stop it.
As a team, we can reverse it!"

That would be my guess. They should accept online donations.
