Question on Conneaut perch

Has anyone been up and tried the perch fishing yet? I'd like to head up next week sometime and give it a shot.

Haven't been up yet, but it should be on really soon.  On and in close.  I would try the breakwall and the 1st 45 (there is a nice zebra mussel bed there the perch love to sit on)

Was out of Walnut Monday fished from Elk back to Walnut from 10' to 55' marked lots of fish, caught some nice smallies but no perch. Was a beautiful day, lake was great but water was still only 44 deg. in the morning. Last I heard there was still ice on the eastern end.
