no over nites at elk access?

so now that the DCNR owns elk access does that mean no over nite sleeping?

    park close enough to creek to allow line to reach from inside car to stream, then you are fishing!

    Last fall i stayed on some parts of the creek overnight and no one said anything???

    I dont worry about it pal..  When the time comes ill get caught i guess and pay the piper....  They cant eat me so  why worry...lol
