I know he had some kind of special permit from the state game and there was something involved by the feds. Humane society was at his place almost weekly

I have no idea as to why the feds or Humane society but I know, a permit from the PGC must be obtained to possess a recently departed elusive PA. White-Tailed Deer.

They were involved because of the intended exotic animals Ed owned. Lions,tiger, a ligar and several cougars. Use to take the cubs to sports shows for photo ops.
