I know the Amish around Kahle Lake will keep any sized panfish...doesnt matter if a perch is 5 inches or 15, its getting ground into fish cakes.
 
 
Yes I know panfish have no minimum size, but is 5 inch perch worth keeping?

That's easy ==== it's because they do not have to worry about it === they are in their vehicle and do not have their hunting clothes on === and not breaking any game code violations to be seen to be checked ...

just like I humorous posted......
