Scouting Now - It won't be long!

I hunt in Huntingdon, Blair and Bedford Counties and the spring flocks are in great shape.  I posted some pictues and info in my blog - http://storytrax.com/node/655 
 
Not sure why, but I have been hearing some shots after daybreak.  Some hunters start early.

    yeah jack .. not only to lots of hunters start early, they never stop.
     
    I saw some nice birds last night, about 15 (three different flocks) .. on guy had about a 9-10 inch beard.  Last Saturday while out yote huntin, they were everywhere.  I never went spring gobbler before.  I will be away at the pope and young convention during the first day, but I may give it a try this year.  I have not shot a shotgun in 15 years, so I would likely take my bow. 

    My reports and advice are for everyone to enjoy, not just the paying customers.
