   I notice you call your flies by their proper given names.
   I dont know or want to know my flies real names. I call them impersonal stuff like-the blue one, or the pink fluffy one or the little green thing with sparkle on it.
  I have had most of my flies for many years and if a big fishie ever really  came along and ate one I don't think I could stand it. Knowing their real names would only make it worse. I'm not that attached to garden hackle though.
