Waders for a big boy!

I am switching over from neoprenes to breathables this year.I prefer stocking footed waders. I want something comfortible, durable and guaranteed and comes in a stout size.. Looking to spend in the area of 150 to 250. Just wondering how long breathables last, my neo's lasted a good 3-4 years between pairs. Wondering others thoughts on brands and such, please allow me to learn from the knowledge of others, whether it be good or bad.All info. appreciated!
