Seriously, a bike on the Yough river trail is your best bet.  You can bike as far as you want, 10, 15, 20 miles & fish where/when you want.  Easy trip down rt. 70 from you to the Smithton/West Newton areas.  Scout out the river from the trail, pick out areas to try, and have at it. You'll find some good stuff, for sure.  However, for it to have any weight loss effect, you have to do it 4+ times a week, and bust a good sweat.

The local cops used to always get on their loud speaker and call everyone wading in.  That was 10+ years ago though.  Not sure if the law or enfocement has changed since.

60 lbs in 4 years...  You need to put down the fishing rod and get yourself on a regular exercise routine for about a year.  If you're not into the gym, running or biking, there are old people sports leagues.  Probably a little bit of a hike for you for the Pittsburgh Sports League, but am sure Worshington has something similar.  Get out and run around like a kid 2-3 days a week for an hour, and you'll be back under 200 in no time, without even sacrificing fried food!  Be a nerd at the grocery store and cut back on saturated fats.
