carbs problems now

Well thought we had things fixed(cleaned the carb out neeedle value was stuck) motor ran great on the ears again put in the river and will not start got back to c the fuel comes out top of the carb none getting inside when I pump the ball up

    was out early today checking on parts guy at first stop told me to just to scrap motor to hard to get parts for it I said its a 85 not that old second stop guy told me that every guy that comes to his shop is having the same problem he said it the gas now a day and for me to soak my carb in a bucket of car cleaner and clean tank and mabee a new fuel line and to run a additive with every take of gas
