Simms Boot Foot Exstreams

Anyone have any experience with these waders? Look like a good answer to my cold feet in January. Found a good deal on them too since most people don't need a 14. The muckboots are rated to 40 below and simms neoprene with fleece. What could be bad about them? I read alot of people on the Salmon use them.
