Flies?

Flies?

i live in franklin and over the weekend there was a large abundance of these really large flies around , Anyone know what they are they kinda look like a salmon fly or dobson fly but i dont know for sure . as i said if anyone knows let me know , i wanna tie them and hit good ole french creek for some small jaw action

    I think they are golden stones... fish won't be too interested.. they hatch out of water.  Def. cranes up there though, but most fish seem to be keying in on caddis emergers... small parachute green caddis was doing just fine.
