For the 20th year of opening day , we have a big feed. About 15 of us fish till 11:00, keep 1 or 2 apiece for the feed. Brother and I fillet the trout, bread and the cooks fry them. Buddies brought elk backstrap to fry and a huge pot of chili. Chips ,doughnuts, coffee and some adult beverages round out the meal. We invite the landowners and most show up. Great P.R. Big fish of the day were brothers 20 in. pal and 19 in. brown; wife caught a 19 in. carryover and I a 22in. carryover.Beautiful browns with red spots and adipose fins. Had to keep the pal[bleeding], big fish don't taste as good. If I can ever figure out how to post pics, I will.Great day was had by all!!!..WF
