Good list of what they say are the records for 2009,  many species.                                                                                                                              http://blog.pennlive.com/pa-sportsman/2010/03/pennsylvanias_2009_monster_list_packed_with_clues_for_2010_action.html

It has one of the biggest white perch of the year coming out of Lake Arthur. I didn't think Arthur had any.I fish that lake pretty regularly and and have never heard of any being caught. Has anyone else?

I've never heard of / or seen a white perch in there.  My guess is that someone caught a small hybrid striper and misidentified it as a white perch.

what a bunch of bullshiz that list is....

    guessing nobody verified these catches.

"Largemouth bass: Ryan Mcintyre, of Pittsburgh, North Park Aug. 5 on soft bait, 10 pounds, 15 inches long;"

    according to online calculators @ 15" length it had a 52" girth...hmmmmmm
