New Reel ?

I was looking at a Ross Evolution reel for an all around 5 wt PA trout reel.  The problem is that they are sold out of the next size up.  Will the following specs hold enough WF 5 line for PA trout streams ?  Or should I shop for a reel that will hold more ?  Is this reel adequate to hold 5 wt line ?  It was between this and a Reddington Rise 5 wt.  Also what length rod would you go with ?  8"6 or 9 ?  Thanks for your help !
Diameter   3.13",    Weight  3.8 oz,  Fly line  3-5,  Capacity   100 yds./20 lb./WF4

IMO, they are are #1 when it comes to parts and repair.
They still supply parts and spools for their first ever line of reels.

I can vouch for the okuma helios...I used it for stockie streams, and have landed fish above 20in with it.  I have the 3wt, the drag is super smooth, I like the appearance and its fairly light.  All around great reel.

I have a Ross Evo for my 5 weight, and it is a fantastic reel.  It's a super lightweight reel, and the drag is silky smooth.  As far as reels go though, just about any brand will do.

Im looking for a decent 3wt reel that wont break the bank. someone told me it doesnt really matter about the drag system on a 3wt since most the fish i catch on it wont be like fighting a steelhead. I dont know, but if im going to get a nice 3wt rod i dont want to ugly it up with some walmart special junk reel.

I have a  Sage 3 WT. 7 foot rod. I use a Ross Evolution reel on it. I know it's not what you have in mind, but it is a great reel. I also have a 2 Wt. rod. I use a J. Austin Forbes reel on it.
