TARGET PANIC

I was shooting tonight an doing alright  but two times tonight i totally missed.I jerked my release for some reason.I'm not sure if it was target panic or what but it seems that i shoot better when i just hurry up in shot.By that i mean not really pinpointing the heart just put the sight behind the shoulder an let it rip.Is this a case of target panic?

take a break and relax- dont need to fling one arrow after another.5 shots with good form and well placed hits are better than 30 shots and haven it look like a turkey pattern on your target...

I've done it many times on paper but never had it carry over to a live target.

Sounds like you have a concentration issue.

I had a case of target panic a few years ago 1/2 way through my indoor league season.  for 3 weeks I could not even get an arrow into the body of the raccoon target.  I actually had to quit shooting for about a month and come back to it.  I just couldnt hold still it was crazy.  put the bow down for a few months went back to it and i was fine.
