Clarion trout or smallies

I will be going down to visit someone at Clarion college this weekend and was wondering where my best bet would be to get some trout or smallies right around the college. Looking at the fish commision map there is an all year trout stream south and one a bit further to the north. They both feed into the clarion.  I would be fly fishing, any flies good this time of year? Any help is appreciated. Just get me in the general area.  We get off of I80 at exit 62 if that helps.

get on interstate heading east from clarion , go about 15 mile until you pass brookville exit , next exit u come to is hazen , get off hazen exit , at the end of the ramp take a right to head toward rt 322 , go a mile 1/2 app , brings you to a intersection , gas station on left , take another right , go down hill to red light , gas station on left (BP). streight through light , look ahead and see car dealer on left and penn dot shed on right , BEFORE you go up hill into brookville (at the base of the hill ) you will see a road to your right just past the penn dot shed , with a sign over the road that says north fork fish for fun. its a fly project ,. there is also good water in the stream that runs through brookville (redbank creek )
or just get on the pfbc trout stocking web page , look up jefferson county , north fork in brookville  and type in driving directions
