Wild Browns

Seeing all of KJH's pictures of those beautiful wild Browns and Brookies a buddy and I set out this morning to try and find some.
We got out the map and the Google earth and found a nice little stream on about 8,000 acres of game land.
It was a long walk up in to the fish but well worth it.
I picked up 4 wild Browns and 2 large Wild Brookies.
My buddy got a big Brookie and a small Brownie..
 
In the afternoon we hit the stocked section of the creek and picked up another 10 Rainbows and Browns between us.

isn't this what the great outdoors and fishing is all about ? Looks like a great time was had by you and your buddy. What SGL were you at ? The picture of the beaver dam brough back memories of me and my father on my 1st trip for natives on Hunt's run in Cameron County pa. Looking over the hill above the beaver dam and seeing the decent sized natives pooling up there was awesome, catching them was a different story.

All on small spinners..
No need to kill worms just to catch a trout..
