Peebles Island Parking Police

They no longer allow parking on the road to Peebles Island, according to the Parking Nazi on the golf cart there.  One of the few good urban fishing spots, (in Cohoes), ruined even more. (They started charging a fee to park in the lot on weekends last year) It's now about a half mile walk to "the spot" from the lot, rather then parking on the dirt completely off the road, and right at the trailhead, as I have for years. IDIOT BUREAUCRATS LEAVE FISHERMEN ALONE!

    Are there any signs saying ya can't park there - I don't think they can enforce the no parking if there are no signs there ....
